*Cancellation Policy*

If you must cancel or rebook your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24-48 hours notice. Cancellations or missed appointments without 24-48 hour notice will result in loss of deposit. If you are more than 30 minutes late to your appointed session your session will be CANCELED. If you paid in full and can not reschedule only 10% of your *paid in full* price will be refunded to you. If you put a deposit down, then the rest of the payment must be made before the start of your session NO EXCEPTIONS. Rest of payment can be taken from the receptionist at the front desk or an authorized staff member will take the payment for you at the front desk if it is after 6pm or a weekend session.
