If you must cancel or rebook your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24-48 hours notice. Cancellations or missed appointments without 24-48 hour notice will result in loss of deposit. If you are more than 30 minutes late to your appointed session your session will be CANCELED. If you paid in full and can not reschedule only 10% of your *paid in full* price will be refunded to you. If you put a deposit down, then the rest of the payment must be made before the start of your session NO EXCEPTIONS. Rest of payment can be taken from the receptionist at the front desk or an authorized staff member will take the payment for you at the front desk if it is after 6pm or a weekend session. All outside Engineers and Free lancing engineers must sign an equipment wavier that says they understand how to properly utilize the equipment and will be held liable for any broken or damaged equipment. If you are not happy with your production of your track there is no refund, you do have unlimited revisions to your track free of charge and if you are still not satisfied with your track you are able to receive the stems from us and take them elsewhere, credits will also be applied to your client account for your inconvenience.
